Hennessey Performance is building its biggest truck ever and the Mammoth 1000 6×6 TRX lives up to its name. Based on the Ram TRX, the Mammoth is nearly seven-feet high, with an 88-inch width and is almost 24-foot-long. This six-wheel truck towers over its four-wheel based peers.
“Everything we do at Hennessey Performance is turned up to 11, but the Mammoth 1000 6×6 is definitely turned up to 12,” said John Hennessey, founder and CEO of Hennessey Performance.

It’s powered by a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 Hellcat engine, that produces a factory-rated 1,012 horsepower and 969 pound-feet of torque. Hennessey has upgraded the performance of the Hellcat engine by more than 300 horsepower with a high-flow 2.65L supercharger, fuel injectors and high-flow induction system.
Besides the beefed-up engine, the Mammoth 1000 6×6 TRX has locking rear axles and a Bilstein suspension. It rides on 20-inch wheels wrapped in 37-inch off-road tires. The Mammoth builds on the base Ram TRX by adding a third axle that extends the truck’s length by more than four feet.

What does anyone do with a6X6 and 1000+ HP, in what will always be, a light truck?
Yeah, well OK, it will raise eyebrows.
How’s the gas mileage?
If you can afford 450K for the truck,
fuel costs shouldn’t be an issue.
