Featured on AutoHunterthe online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is a 1957 Pontiac Star Chief Safari Sport Wagon with a complete body-off restoration.

“The exterior of this wagon was restored in 2012 and refinished in the factory light blue color with white inserts and roof,” AutoHunter notes in the listing. “Features include dual headlamps, a fender-mounted antenna, accessory lighted chrome fender ornaments, driver-side chrome side mirror housing, chrome front and rear bumpers, and dual taillights.”

This Pontiac’s front bench and folding rear seats have been reupholstered in light blue and white. It features blue carpet, light blue and white interior trim panels, air conditioning, and a Wonder Bar radio.

Under the hood is a 347ci V8 tri-power engine with a high-lift camshaft. The engine is paired with an automatic transmission. It rides on a set of original steel wheels refinished in light blue, fitted with full wheel covers and Coker Classic whitewall tires.

The sale includes a clear California title in the seller’s name, dealership showroom information books, and owner’s manuals.
