The Oldsmobile 4-4-2 entered the 1971 model year with a modified grille, round parking lights, and revised taillights. Under the hood was the same 455 and optional W30 455, but General Motors lowered compression across the board. The standard engine fell 25 horsepower to 340, while the W30 fell 20 to 350. An interesting option for the four-speed manual included a dual-disc clutch, which was shared only with the Corvette.

Wow, this one is nice. I remember when on got destroyed pulling out in 1988 same car type. He pulled out in front of me by the 1976 station wagon Ford. Destroyed pulling out in front of us on the way to a movie. It’s nice that this is one not to be destroyed. Oh I remember that so well. I was 17. Fun 😊👍
