Aston Martin DB12 Volante Makes UK Debut at Salon Privé

The car will be part of many historic pieces celebrating the brand's 110th anniversary

The new Aston Martin DB12 Volante, the ultimate open-top Super Tourer, made its UK debut this week at the prestigious Salon Privé. Held from August 30 through September 2 at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, the Salon Privé Concours d’Elegance is a firm favorite on the British social calendar and a glorious celebration of the automobile.

A class-defining car of unmatched elegance and sporting character, DB12 Volante debuted Wednesday and will remain at Blenheim for the rest of the week.

Salon Privé provides Aston Martin with the perfect setting to continue its 110th anniversary celebrations. Joining the DB12 Volante in headlining the Aston Martin display at Blenheim is the fastest and fiercest Vantage ever made: the V12 Vantage, along with the most powerful production Aston Martin: the DBS770 Ultimate, and the star of so many F1 races, the Aston Martin Vantage, Official FIA Safety Car of Formula 1.

A further 22 cars from the ultra-luxury brand’s remarkable history will be on display, providing an Aston Martin for every automotive palate, including 2022 DBR22, 2020 DB5 Goldfinger Continuation, 2015 Vantage GT12, 2016 Vantage GT8, 2014 One-77, 2012 V12 Zagato, 2004 DB7 Zagato, 2019 Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake, 1936 2-Litre Speed ‘Spa Special’, 1936 ‘Red Dragon’ Speed, 1920s Bamford & Martin, 1930 LM4, 1958 DB4, 1960s DB6 Volante, 1980s V8 Vantage, 1950s DB2/4, 1996 V600, 1980s V8 Vantage Volante, 1980s V8 Zagato, 2000 V12 Vanquish and 1997 LWB V8 Coupe.
