The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 1,293 miles, which the seller believes reflects 101,293 actual miles.
The Turbo-Fire 302 has been verified as numbers-matching by Jerry MacNeish of Camaro Hi-Performance LLC, with the report stating that the water pump, fuel pump, spark plug wires and various other components have been replaced; the headers are also not original to the car. Power is fed to the rear wheels via a close-ratio M21 four-speed manual, with the 12-bolt Positraction rear featuring 3.73 gears.
Both the steering, and front discs and rear drums are power-assisted.
The sale includes certificate of authenticity from Jerry MacNeish of Camaro Hi-Performance LLC, National Corvette Restorers Society Shipping Data Report, appraisal from International Automotive Appraisers Association, and assorted booklets and manuals.

When I ordered my 1969 vette; they had a Z-28 on the showroom floor and I kept looking over my shoulder at it..truly beautiful.

I have a similar car and mine has Daytona yellow houndstooth interior also. This is not a custom interior but was offered by GM as an option only in 69. According to them less than 5% were manufactured with the deluxe yellow houndstooth interior. It was designated by 714 on the firewall plate. It also came stock with black vinyl top. Extremely rare car.
The word “Custom” was capitalized, which means it’s a proper name, in this case the name given by Chevrolet to characterize the upgraded interior.
