After an extended hiatus Ford brought back the Bronco, but there have been diverse opinions on this modern take of an iconic SUV.

My Take? Nah, and I’m not sure why. I guess it failed the eyeball test.

I liked the bigger 2dr models of the 80’s and 90’s better though.

Production problems and initial problems,overpriced and the 2.7 liter engine is a piece of junk!
The new Broncos look nice but, the 78-79 Broncos in my opinion, were by far the best looking Broncos.
It’s all about coolness … a 67 mustang fastback is far cooler at the local cars and coffee- ( pop the hood and show off a built 289 ) than a 2022 that runs faster , handles better and is more fun on the twisties. The new bronco can’t come close the coolness as a first or second gen one, but if i’m stuck in traffic on the way to the beach in 100 degree weather , I might want the creature comforts of the current model. I like some if the design cues and I think it pays homage to the roots of the bronco . Ford Fan Forever
Junk Jeep wannabe
I understand the ‘Attractiveness of the early 60’s Broncos. They were a combination or V8 power and a good dose of the 1940’s Willy’s Jeep, understandable, but what happened here ? this whole effort was a total waste and I don’t know if you could, or would even attempt to rationalize this, what ever it is. but without a single doubt, this is just UGLY from any angle, and it seems to have it’s own new defects and design mistakes. Why did Ford even let this mistake get this far, Who designed it, The same guy who designed the 5.4 Triton V8 ????????
