Drive the Bid Podcast: Nifty Classic (and New!) Car Features

New car news and auction picks also in the new AutoHunter Cinema series

-

Is there a feature in the classic car world that you think is pretty nifty?

The list may be infinite if we collectively write one together, but Derek Shiekhi, “Jalopy Jeff” Sutton and I whittled it down to several random choices in the third episode of Drive the Bid. Features like transmissions, air induction systems, interior accoutrements and more were discussed, but I’m not gonna let the cat out of the bag without you watching the video.

What other automotive features from the past or present do you find neat?

Additional topics discussed included several news items (including an obit on Lloyd Reuss) and our current AutoHunter auction picks. Check out the above video and more on AutoHunter Cinema, created by the experts behind ClassicCars.com, the world’s largest online collector car marketplace. AutoHunter brings forth a dedicated live customer support team, quicker auction listings and exclusive benefits for both buyers and sellers.

Diego Rosenberg
Diego Rosenberg
Lead Writer Diego Rosenberg is a native of Wilmington, Delaware and Princeton, New Jersey, giving him plenty of exposure to the charms of Carlisle and Englishtown. Though his first love is Citroen, he fell for muscle cars after being seduced by 1950s finned flyers—in fact, he’s written two books on American muscle. But please don’t think there is a strong American bias because foreign weirdness is never far from his heart. With a penchant for underground music from the 1960-70s, Diego and his family reside in the Southwest.
