A front-wheel drive sporty compact coupe that was originally intended to replace the Ford Mustang. The Ford Probe had lofty expectations and was largely underwhelming during its brief tenure, but the last generation had distinct styling to offset its lack of performance.

So dear readers, Would you buy a Ford Probe?

Vote and give us your take in the comments section. Like my high school history teacher always told me, “There are no wrong answers.”

My Take? Yes, and I peruse ClassicCars.com looking for one. It’s window shopping, but I’ll have a Ford Probe in my lifetime.

  1. I wouldn’t buy anything that has Ford stamped on it poor quality, unreliable ,a money pit, the most reliable American manufacturer is general motors Honda and Toyota come in number one overall, stay away from Ford,, unless you plan to trade before the warranty runs out.
