Featured on AutoHunterthe online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is a 2007 Dodge Magnum racecar.

“This race-built 2007 Dodge Magnum station wagon was engineered as a special project for MoparMax Magazine in its early days,” AutoHunter notes in the listing. “This Magnum was featured in a series of race events after completion and demonstrated ¼-mile finish times in the 9.6 to 9.7-second range.”

Finished in red, this Magnum was modified to be a dedicated race car and features a vented hood, black-housing headlights, fog lamps, and color-matched sideview mirrors. Sponsorship decals have been removed and this car was raced by Alex Rogeo and Jennifer Caputo-Armstrong and has a documented racing history with a 9.7-second quarter mile time at 140 mph in race tune specification.

It rides on 15” Weld Racing Drag Lites aluminum wheels with Mickey Thompson tires up front, and ProBracket tires in the rear for traction optimization.

The interior was modified for weight reduction and was upgraded with a Kirkey Racing race seat, G-Force Racing six-point racing harnesses, and an RPM Rollbars powder-coated eight-point tubular roll cage with removable entry.

Under the hood is a 426ci Hemi V8 engine that was built, blueprinted, balanced, and bored and stroked by Arrington Performance. A Magnuson 2.3-liter supercharger was added to the power plant.

The engine is paired with a Westminster Performance TH400 3-speed automatic transmission with a Reid NHRA-certified transmission case SFI, and a ProTorque 5,200-rpm stall torque converter.

The sale includes a clear California title in the seller’s name.

This Dodge Magnum’s auction ends on April 29, 2022, at 12:20 p.m. (PDT).
