For today’s spotlight, AutoHunter automotive specialist Chris Griggs gives a virtual walk-around of the 1966 Chevy II Nova SS listed for auction on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com.

This Nova resto-mod is powered by a new, blueprinted Stroker 383cid V8 from Summit Racing with performance enhancements including ceramic-coated headers with electric cutouts, a Griffin aluminum radiator, and a combination of billet aluminum components and stainless-steel braided cooling lines.

The body is finished in a two-tone scheme of Corvette Atomic Orange over silver and features chrome trim, a 2-inch cowl steel hood, and shaved door handles recessed filler cap.

Extensively customized, the interior includes four bucket seats upholstered in tan and orange leather, a push-button ignition, vintage heat and air conditioning, and a double-DIN Pioneer AM/FM/CD/DVD head unit.

The odometer shows 5,266 miles since the restoration was complete.

This 1966 Chevy Nova SS’s auction ends April 19 at 11:20 a.m. PDT.
