Documentary: The Golden Age of the Automobile

Do you miss the projected films from grade school? Here's one that's actually interesting

-

The Golden Age of the Automobile traces the automobile from its beginnings in America and the transformation of life that it inspired. The film dramatizes early applications and the development of this great new paradigm shifter.

“This film is part of the Periscope Film LLC archive, one of the largest historic military, transportation, and aviation stock footage collections in the USA.”

It’s really fun to watch, considering the soundtrack, jumpy picture and narration reminds us of watching films on the old projector in Mrs. Sallinger’s 3rd grade classroom.
